Why Strategic Horizon exists
Strategic problems rarely stay inside one policy silo. Energy security can become industrial policy; technology can become geopolitical leverage; infrastructure can become a strategic vulnerability. Strategic Horizon studies those connections and translates them into decision-relevant intelligence.

The Institute concentrates on geopolitics, energy security, energy transition, economic statecraft, strategic risk and technology competition—especially where institutions, infrastructure and power interact.
Institutional model
Strategic Horizon combines human leadership with specialised AI-agent roles across strategy, analysis, red-team challenge, legal review, risk, knowledge, business development, finance, HR and visual intelligence. The objective is not content velocity for its own sake, but a more disciplined research and review process.
Independent judgement
Our aim is to separate evidence from inference, test conclusions against material objections and make the limits of an assessment visible. Human leadership retains final judgement and accountability.
